You will be guided through a meditation or journey, often accompanied by drumming or other sacred instruments. You may experience visions, emotions, or sensations as your energy is realigned. The session is deeply personal, and you’ll have time afterward to reflect and discuss your experience.
Innerdance is a transformative practice that combines sound, breathwork, and movement to activate your body’s energy and promote healing. It helps release blockages, restore balance, and guide you toward deeper self-awareness and personal growth
During the session, you’ll be guided through a meditative state while music and sound frequencies are played to trigger movement and release. Your body will respond instinctively, allowing trapped emotions and energy to flow freely and facilitating healing.
Comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement is recommended. You may also want to bring a water bottle, as staying hydrated is important during the session.
