Utilizing a unique blend of shamanic elements, emotional release bodywork, and innerdance, we create an environment where your body and soul can finally unravel long-held tensions.

I have coined the term “somatic EMDR,” as this session has the power to desensitize heavy emotions caused by C-PTSD, usually formed during childhood years. Through gentle stimulation of the Thymus Gland, we find a pathway to the subconscious, revealing oftentimes painful beliefs we have held for years.
